Hi, I’m Luke Congdon. I’m a career product manager living and working in Silicon Valley since 2000, specializing in generative AI, enterprise software, virtualization, and cloud computing. I’ve built and brought numerous products to market including billion-dollar product lines and start-up MVPs. These days I build and grow teams as well as 0-1 products. I’m currently a Senior Director of Product Management at Nutanix. My previous work history includes VMware, NetApp, Sun Microsystems, and Yahoo!
I began this blog after a decade of being a product manager. As a voracious reader of industry content, I often found that many product management articles were shallow and lacked an original point of view. I was motivated to write and share my experiences from the point of view of an enterprise product manager. In some ways, this blog is the product management education I wish I had received when I was just starting out.
